Barcelona. Simply one of the best trips to cap off my travels in 2014.

london

London, exactly a month ago today.

Won't deny this but boy it felt so good to be in a land where English is a common language. I was able to make life decisions quicker and I needn't have to ask strangers for translations. I get to act like an adult, find my own way around town and simply surprise people with my perfectly okay English.

It also felt extra good to be reunited with some old friends who took their time off for me. That being said, a visit to Chinatown was almost mandatory each day. Good brunches happened in between; one accompanied by Kirstin, an avid photographer/doctor full of wit and generosity.

Lebanese food were recommended, consumed and although not a fan of red meat, the Lamb Kefta with Tzatziki Cucumber Yogurt dip on the side was the sole, clear winner of the night.

Georgian houses admired within close proximity. Big Ben captured from afar.

Tubes with seats that are like cushions belonging to my grandaunt's.

Museums, spectacular. Mostly free.

Weather, old story.

I will return again. For coffee, pastries and the Queen that is J.K. Rowling, I shall.
